Optimix has always adhered to supporting various social welfare activities, committed to promoting a harmonious and inclusive social environment. Recently, our caring volunteer team once again demonstrated this commitment by participating in the "Construction Industry Lo Pan Rice" campaign and the Mid-Autumn Festival warm wishes event, delivering care and blessings to grassroots families in Siu Sai Wan.   On August 7, during the "Construction Industry Lo Pan Rice" campaign, the Optimix volunteer team distributed 150 hot meal boxes to grassroots families and Elderly Center in Siu Sai Wan, allowing those in need to feel the warmth of the community. We express our gratitude to the Construction Industry Council for their collaboration and the full support of the Siu Sai Wan Volunteer Team, and we look forward to partnering with more organizations in the future to bring about meaningful changes in the community.   As the Mid-Autumn Festival approached, on September 13, Optimix once again collaborated with the Siu Sai Wan Volunteer Team to hold the Mid-Autumn warm wishes event, distributing thoughtfully prepared Mid-Autumn decorations to 300 local residents and sharing in the joy of the festival. The residents were filled with smiles during the event, exchanging festive greetings and creating a strong holiday atmosphere.   Optimix will continue to support various public welfare activities, giving back to society through concrete actions and demonstrating corporate social responsibility. We believe that through close cooperation with the community, we can create a better tomorrow together.

August 13, 2024, OPTIMIX proudly received two prestigious awards at the “BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards 2023,” organized by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. This marks the seventh consecutive year OPTIMIX has been recognized for its ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, showcasing our leadership in the industry.   Our Dongguan production base was honored with the "EcoPartner" and "5 Years+ EcoPioneer" awards, a testament to its outstanding environmental performance over the years. Even more impressive, our Zhuhai production base was awarded the "EcoChallenger" in its first year of participation, highlighting OPTIMIX’s determination and success in implementing comprehensive environmental protection strategies across all production sites and advancing the circular economy.   As we look ahead, OPTIMIX remains steadfast in our dedication to sustainability. We will continue to innovate, drive eco-friendly initiatives, and contribute to a greener, more sustainable future. We believe that through persistent efforts in environmental protection, we can create a better world for future generations.

July 29, the "Construction Youth Exchange Programme in Greater Bay Area 2024" organized by the Youth Affairs Committee of the Construction Industry Council, was officially launched. The first stop was in Zhuhai, where the delegation visited Optimix’s green and intelligent production base in the Jinwan District. This exchange group, consisting of 80 young leaders from Hong Kong’s construction industry, as well as college and university students, aims to gain deeper insights into the latest developments in the construction and technology sectors within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and to visit benchmark enterprises, academic institutions, and cultural landmarks.   Mr. Calvin Chan, Chief Executive Officer of Optimix, delivered the welcome speech, expressing his honor in sharing the company's innovative practices in the construction industry with the younger generation. Following this, Mr. Jason Chow, Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing and Planning at Optimix, introduced the company’s brand philosophy and the latest advancements in dry mortar development to the delegation. A highlight of the exchange was the on-site tour of the intelligent production base, where the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of how Optimix leverages "low-carbon, intelligent manufacturing" equipment to drive new productivity and industry transformation. Through hands-on learning, the young leaders developed a deeper understanding of Optimix's "Carbon Neutrality Trio" model and learned how the company contributes to the national "dual carbon" goals.   Looking ahead, Optimix will continue to support industry exchange activities, enabling more young people to participate and jointly explore the limitless potential of the construction industry. We remain committed to driving industry progress and sustainable development, contributing further to both the industry and society.

We are proud to announce that the laboratory at our Dongguan production plant has achieved authorized certification for dry mortar testing, granted by the Dry Mortar Branch of the China Building Materials Federation.   Rigorous Review Process The certification process was thorough and comprehensive. A panel of experts organized by the Federation conducted a detailed review, which included analyzing the laboratory's data to ensure accuracy and reliability, conducting physical inspections to verify compliance with standardized procedures, listening to detailed reports presented by our team, engaging in a rigorous Q&A session to assess our laboratory’s capabilities, and deliberating collectively to ensure all criteria were met.   Certification Achieved After careful consideration, the panel of experts unanimously agreed that our laboratory meets all the requirements of a standardized testing laboratory for dry mortar. This certification is a testament to our commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement in our operations.   Commitment to Excellence Receiving this certification is a significant milestone for Optimix. We are thrilled to announce that Optimix's commemorative brochure, The Substance, has won two prestigious design awards - the "Taiwan Golden Pin Design Award" & “GDC Award 2023”!   As a leading player in the dry mortar industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Optimix continues to leverage pioneering technology to build upon its growing legacy. "The Substance" is a printed brochure that encapsulates our values, operations, and extensive product range.   Beginning from ground up, we meticulously crafted both the book content and design of this brochure to reflect the essence of our company and the significance of dry mortar as a material. The brochure brings to light the often-unseen elements of construction; each cover features with a unique tile made from one of our various dry mortar products. Optimix’s green fibreglass mesh, commonly used for reinforcement, is repurposed as the book’s spine support, symbolizing its intended function.   The brochure is divided into nine sections, each showcasing a different product line from our representative collection. "The Substance" intertwines and celebrates Optimix’s past, present, and future, taking readers on a behind-the-scenes journey to explore the material technology that forms the backbone of modern urban landscapes.
