The Macao Painter Union visited OPTIMIX’s Dongguan factory, with the two parties exchanging many practical opinions.

The Guangzhou Design Center, located at the first floor of Guangzhou Times Square, is the showroom of luxury brand furniture from Europe, including Cassina, Zanotta, MDF Italia, Paola Lenti, etc. The developer has specified Optimix to be the only flooring material of the 20,000 ft² display area. Guangzhou Opera House is one of the largest developments of the Guangzhou government. The selection criteria of the building material was very strict and Optimix was selected for the surface layer of all the corridors. This project was completed in April 2010. Guangzhou Twin Towers West Tower (Four Season Hotel), located at the busy Zhujiang New Town in Guangzhou, is a Guangzhou landmark, five-star hotel and business center of the Urban Construction Group. This project has a very high requirement for its waterproofing system in the kitchens, toilets, and bathrooms. Prior to the application, the developer and main contractor conducted a thorough comparison of various waterproofing brands in the market. Optimix was selected to become the approved material for the waterproofing system. The applications were completed by the end of September 2010. In addition, Optimix was used for the floor tiling application of the premium granite tiles.
