In this challenging time in combat with COVID-19, the construction industry especially frontline workers, are in dire need of our support and care. In light of this, Optimix fully supports the Construction Industry Caring Campaign - Fight Against Novel Coronavirus organized by CIC, which aims to provide monetary support to construction workers inflicted by the epidemic as well as caring support to their families, and to instill positive energy to the community. As a key player in the building material market, it is our duty to join hands with the industry and we hope to be an inspiration to our fellow companions.   Optimix is now recognized as a corporate member of CIC Construction Industry Sports & Volunteering Programme and a Construction Industry Caring Organisation, we are grateful and honored to receive such inspiring and motivating recognition.

Project Overview: OPTIMIX Rooftop Waterproofing Solution for University of Saint Joseph, Macau Water leaking was found on the rooftop of University of Saint Joseph in Macau earlier. Such problem has always been commonly spotted in constructions and brought us unnecessary headaches. OPTIMIX's fan-favorite waterproofing system is able to offer you a helping hand in the fixing work, efficiently and effectively resolving the potential deterioration-causing predicament.   OPTIMIX WP568 Waterproofing Slurry (Flexible) is a premium quality 2-component pre-mixed mortar, specially formulated for applications as water seals to surfaces of all kinds of building elements that requires damp-proof or waterproof. It can be widely used at locations that will be susceptible to movement such as roof podiums and balconies, etc. OPTIMIX WP568 is free from casein, ammonia and harmful solvents thus it is particular suitable for use in smell sensitivity locations and areas with limited ventilation. We are very proud to sponsor The 1^st Hong Kong Construction Skills Competition hosted by Construction Industry Council (CIC).   We provided our OPTIMIX F12 MASONRY MORTAR for the youth group bricklaying competition. F12 is our signature product for block work laying and efficiently replaces traditional on-site batching mortars with better quality and improved consistency. The product is also widely used in the Hong Kong Construction Industry Trade Testing Centre trade tests.   The competition aims to uplift the skill level of industry practitioners through competition and recognize those with excellent skill level in their respective trades, as well as to create an atmosphere for the industry to participate in the identification and development of construction workers as construction elites by elevating their skill level.
