We are very proud to sponsor The 1^st Hong Kong Construction Skills Competition hosted by Construction Industry Council (CIC).   We provided our OPTIMIX F12 MASONRY MORTAR for the youth group bricklaying competition. F12 is our signature product for block work laying and efficiently replaces traditional on-site batching mortars with better quality and improved consistency. The product is also widely used in the Hong Kong Construction Industry Trade Testing Centre trade tests.   The competition aims to uplift the skill level of industry practitioners through competition and recognize those with excellent skill level in their respective trades, as well as to create an atmosphere for the industry to participate in the identification and development of construction workers as construction elites by elevating their skill level. As a member of The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, Optimix has joined the members' exhibition gathering in January, promoting our brand and dry mortar products to our fellow guests from different industries, developing our collaboration and expanding business opportunities. The exhibitors in the premises have various types of businesses to name, yet the services and products are all very closely related to our everyday life. Optimix is pleased and honored to have members of Hong Kong Marble & Granite Merchants Association visiting our plant in Dongguan. Did you know? Shanghai's new green landmark "1000 Trees" near art district M50, or officially known as Tian'an Sunshine Plaza, has used OPTIMIX TA318 Marble Adhesive in this groundbreaking and refreshing project. Designed by Thomas Heatherwick, who also created the famous UK Pavilion in 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the project has not only been conceived as a building, but also a piece of topography. Taking the form of two tree-covered mountains, "1000 Trees" is populated by hundreds of structural columns that emerge as large planters — each holding a cluster of trees.   OPTIMIX TA318 Marble Tile Adhesive is a high-quality polymer-modified dry mortar used for marble and granite floors indoor or outdoor. It has good flexibility to adapt to the movement of the substrate and tiles due to thermal expansion and contraction. It complies with Chinese Standard GB24264-2009.
