    OPTIMIX Plastering and Tiling System for Mount Regency
    Mount Regency, formerly known as Project King Sau Lane, is divided into Phase I & II. It consists of two 29/30-storey residential buildings, providing more than 1,000 apartments in total. Located in 8 King Sau Lane, Tuen Mun, the architectural design and facilities planning of this project are exquisite, easily becoming the new icon of young chic lifestyle in the area. The buildings partially adopted Optimix BP126 Base Plaster and TA328 Tile Adhesive (Flexible) for indoor and outdoor wall plastering and tiling.     Optimix Plants Are Awarded “BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards – Eco Partner” For Two Consecutive Years
    Following last year’s success, Optimix is honoured to receive the “BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards – Eco Partner” once again. On 29th May, Optimix Group representatives were awarded Eco Partner certification at the prize giving ceremony of 2018 BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards, co-organized by Bank of China (Hong Kong) and Federation of Hong Kong Industries. Being able to be awarded for two consecutive years is a great assurance of our production teams’ efforts in environmental protection.   BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards aim to promote environmental practices among manufacturing and services enterprises in Hong Kong and the Pan Pearl River Delta region through rewarding the participating enterprises of their achievements in the reduction of pollutant emission.     Greenhill Villa, a Subsidised Sale Flats project of the Housing Society, is located in Area 36C, Siu Lek Yuen (Shatin Town Lot 609).     OPTIMIX Restoration Work For Macau Border Gate Terminal
    Macau Border Gate Terminal was closed down after the attack of Typhoon Hato. The SAR modified the original renovation plans into two phases for complete recovery, and the project was initially estimated to be finished in two years. Fortunately, the site is back in service earlier than estimate with the cooperative effort by the SAR and contractors.
