The Chief Executive Officer of Optimix Group Limited, Mr. Calvin Chan, was honored with HKMOL Award 2019 in the Corphub ceremony held in Kowloon Shangri-La. HKMOL Awards validate the market leadership of various industries, the affirmation of the award brings OPTIMIX a great aspiration.   The awardees were selected by an independent committee led by industry experts, business chamber executive members, and professionals to ensure fairness, openness, and recognizability.   Under Mr. Calvin Chan’s leadership, Optimix Group will continue to endeavor the provision of outstanding products and services.

Following last year’s success, Optimix is honoured to receive the “BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards – Eco Partner” once again. On 29^th May, Optimix Group representatives were awarded Eco Partner certification at the prize giving ceremony of 2018 BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards, co-organized by Bank of China (Hong Kong) and Federation of Hong Kong Industries. Being able to be awarded for two consecutive years is a great assurance of our production teams’ efforts in environmental protection.   BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards aim to promote environmental practices among manufacturing and services enterprises in Hong Kong and the Pan Pearl River Delta region through rewarding the participating enterprises of their achievements in the reduction of pollutant emission. Optimix is driven to produce top-notch products while implementing the best eco-friendly practices.   We are thankful for the organizers’ acknowledgement which certainly motivates our teams to work more collaboratively. Greenhill Villa, a Subsidised Sale Flats project of the Housing Society, is located in Area 36C, Siu Lek Yuen (Shatin Town Lot 609). The site area is approximately 11,800m² , comprises three 32 to 36-storey residential flats on top of a 4-storey high podium. The Housing Society describes the building concept as "practical but not extravagant", the choice of building materials used in these small-to-medium flats focuses on practicality, stability and durability. Macau Border Gate Terminal was closed down after the attack of Typhoon Hato. The SAR modified the original renovation plans into two phases for complete recovery, and the project was initially estimated to be finished in two years. Fortunately, the site is back in service earlier than estimate with the cooperative effort by the SAR and contractors. OPTIMIX (Guangzhou) was confirmed to be the tile adhesive supplier of this entire construction project with TA312 and TA313, fulfilled by three different subcontractors. Located in Kunming’s Panlong District, the financial and commercial hub of the city, Spring City 66 occupies the core of the upcoming central business district. The project, a mixed-use complex with a total gross floor area of approximately 433,500 square meters, comprises a world-class shopping mall, a Grade A office tower and serviced apartments. All tiles are applied with our company’s products, weighing around 2000 tons. OPTIMIX TA312 Tile Adhesive (General Purpose) and OPTIMIX TA313 Tile Adhesive (Semi-Flexible) are both of high quality adhesive with TA313 observing the standards of EN12004 Class C1T, being the confident and reliable choice in the industry.
