OPTIMIX BP138 Base Plaster (Waterproof) is a high quality polymer modified mortar with very low water absorption properties. It is designed for machine spraying or hand application onto concrete or block wall surfaces to provide a water and moisture-proof render layer . It is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder for plastering applications at thickness between 5mm and 25mm in one operation.

OPTIMIX BP168 Premium Base Plaster is a premium quality polymer modified mortar designed for internal and external wall plastering. It allows machine spraying or hand application onto concrete or block work surfaces. It is capable of building up to 25mm in one operation subject to application methods. It is water resistant and complies with EN12004 Class C2 tensile adhesion strength requirement.

OPTIMIX SC212 Skimcoat (Flexible Tile Filler) is a premium quality pre-mixed mortar consists of special cements, graded fillers, polymers and chemical additives. When mixed with water, it readily blends to produce a trowellable mortar for renovation projects in touching up gaps, uneven surface and old tile finish. It can be applied at thickness between 1mm to 3mm in one operation to provide a flat smooth surface. OPTIMIX SC212 can be applied to concrete substrates, mosaic tiles, ceramic tiles, brick wall, granite stone and textured surface. It is designed to provide a highly durable flat surface to receive coating finish.

OPTIMIX SC216 SSkimcoat (Fine) is a high quality polymer modified mortar designed for machine spraying or hand application onto fair faced concrete or rendered surfaces. It is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder for applications as final coat at thickness between 2mm and 5 mm in one operation.

OPTIMIX SC228 Skimcoat is a high quality polymer modified mortar designed for machine spraying or hand application onto fair faced concrete or rendered surfaces. It is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder for plastering applications as final coat at thickness between 3mm and 8mm in one operation.

OPTIMIX TA313 Tile Adhesive (Semi-Flexible) is high quality polymer modified cementitious adhesive designed for fixing homogeneous tiles, ceramic tiles and stone tiles for interior and exterior applications. The adhesion properties and performance of OPTIMIX TA313 exceeds the requirements of EN12004 Class C1TE with slip resistance performance.

OPTIMIX TA314 Tile Adhesive (2-in-1 Fix and Grout) is a high quality polymer modified cementitious 2-in-1 adhesive and grout for mosaic tiles. When water is added, it produces a smooth creamy paste for fixing mosaics as well as for filling tile joints. It fulfills the requirements of BS EN12004 Class C1. OPTIMIX TA314 is available in a wide range of colours.

OPTIMIX TA328 Tile Adhesive (Flexible) is premium quality polymer modified cementitious adhesive designed for fixing homogeneous tiles and natural stone for interior and exterior applications. The outstanding adhesion performance of OPTIMIX TA328 exceeds the requirements of EN12004 Class C2TE-S1. It is available in grey or white colour.

Optimix SA329 STONE FLOOR ADHESIVE (FAST-SETTING) is a Rapid Setting high quality polymer modified cementitious adhesive available in grey or white colours for high strength fixing of interior and exterior natural stone and ceramic tiles. The adhesion properties and performance of OPTIMIX SA329 exceeds the requirements of EN12004 Class C2FT with slip resistance performance. Optimix SA329 is an easy to mix and apply adhesive with a good pot life and open time but which sets quickly and gains working strength within 2 hours. This allow for simple positioning and adjustment of all kinds of floor and wall tile installations with the potential for early grouting and quick opening to foot traffic. It has a high polymer content designed to achieve high bond performance and provide additional flexibility. This makes it ideal for larger and heavier tiles and installations subject to some loading or impacts.

OPTIMIX TA338 Tile Adhesive (High Performance) is a high quality polymer modified cementitious adhesive designed for fixing tiles. It has excellent deformation capability and flexibility to accommodate movements due to thermal expansion or contraction of the substrate or tiles. OPTIMIX TA338 Tile Adhesive (High Performance) complies BS EN 12004 : 2007 Class C2TE S2 - improved cementitious adhesive with reduced slip, extended open time and enhanced deformation properties. OPTIMIX TA338S with additional feature of efflorescence resistance is also available.

OPTIMIX TG410E Tile Grout (High Performance) is a high quality polymer modified mortar designed for filling tile joints. It fulfills BS EN 13888 Type CG2 requirements with high abrasion resistance and reduced water absorption. OPTIMIX TG410E is available in a wide range of colors. OPTIMIX TG410ES with anti-efflorescence is also available.

OPTIMIX WP515 Waterproofing Slurry (General) is a premium quality pre-mixed mortar consisting special cements, graded fillers, hydrophobic agents, high quality polymers and chemical additives. When mixed with water, it readily blends to produce a slurry coat for outdoor and indoor applications for waterproofing of both structural and architectural elements. It maintains good bonding to all cementitious based substrates or brickwork. It can be applied onto damp surfaces without affecting its waterproof and damp-proof performance. It is compatible with most of the coverings to be applied over it and, if required, it can be overcoat to build up thicker layers.

OPTIMIX WP533 Waterproofing Slurry (Semi-Flexible) is a fast drying 2-part polymer-cement composite coating. Designed primarily for brush application it is suitable for application onto most damp or dry mineral and concrete substrates. It dries quickly to allow for speedy build-up of multiple layers and allows early installation of subsequent construction layers. Its high strength plus elongation properties make it ideal for refurbishing wet areas, walls, floors, window frame surrounds and other areas liable to leak as a result of porosity or micro-cracking in the underlying mortar or concrete.

OPTIMIX WP568 Waterproofing Slurry (Flexible) is a premium quality 2 part pre-mixed mortar, which consists of special cements, graded fillers, hydrophobic agents, chemical additives and high quality polymer emulsion . When the powder part is mixed with the emulsion part , it readily blends to produce a slurry coat for outdoor and indoor applications of waterproofing, in both structural and architectural elements. It maintains good bonding to all cementitious based substrates or brickwork. It can be applied onto damp surfaces without affecting its waterproof and damp-proof performance. It is compatible with most of the coverings. It can be applied over it and when necessayr, it can be overcoat to build up thicker layers.

OPTIMIX SF828 Self-Levelling Screed (Overlayment) is a premium quality pre-mixed mortar consists of special cements, graded fillers, polymers and chemical additives. When mixed with water, it readily blends to produce a flowable and pumpable flooring mortar. It can be applied at thickness between 5mm and 20mm in one operation to provide a levelled and flat floor surface. OPTIMIX SF828 can be applied to all concrete substrates. It is designed to set and gain strength quickly for early foot traffic.

OPTIMIX SF878 Self-Levelling Screed (Heavy Duty) is a premium quality premixed mortar consists of special cements, graded fillers, polymers and chemical additives. When mixed with water, it readily blends to produce a flowable and pumpable flooring mortar. It can be applied at thickness between 3mm and 15mm in one operation to provide a levelled and flat floor surface. OPTIMIX SF878 can be applied to all normal rigid substrate. It is designed to set and gain strength quickly for early re-opening to traffic.

OPTIMIX FS151 Floor Screed is a high quality pre-mixed cement-based floor screed. When water is added, it readily blends to produce a homogeneous mortar and apply as floor screed over concrete substrate. OPTIMIX FS151 is specially formulated to provide good workability for efficient floor laying applications together with low shrinkage to minimize the formation of surface cracking. It has been designed to provide a materials solution to overcome common problems of slow drying time, dusting, cracking and debonding associated with the existing ready-mixed floor screed and site-mixed sand/cement screed.

OPTIMIX FS161 Floor Screed (Waterproofing) is a premium quality shrinkage compensated cement-based screed product which consists of special cements, fine graded fillers, hydrophobic and chemical additives. When water is added, it readily blends to produce a homogeneous mortar and apply as waterproofing floor screed over concrete substrate. OPTIMIX FS161 is specially formulated to provide consistent quality screed for efficient floor laying applications with outstanding water resistance properties. It has been designed to replace traditional ready-mixed floor screed and site-mixed sand/cement screed with the addition of liquid waterproofing admixture or latex emulsion.

OPTIMIX FS191 Floor Screed (Insulation)is a premium quality pre-mixed lightweight cement-based insulating floor screed with outstanding water resistance properties over concrete substrate. It is specially formulated to provide outstanding heat insulation properties without the weight of a normal floor screed. OPTIMIX FS191 can replace the traditional ready-mixed floor screed or site-mixed sand/cement screed with the addition of air entraining admixture.

OPTIMIX FS192 Floor Screed (Lightweight) is a premium quality pre-mixed lightweight cement-based screeding material over concrete substrate. It fully complies with the Building (Minor Works) Regulation Cap 123N Item 3.42 for thickening of floor slab of a domestic flat with solid screed. OPTIMIX FS192 can replace the traditional ready-mixed or site-batched air-entrained floor screed.

OPTIMIX NS612 NON-SHRINK GROUT is a high quality pre-mixed shrinkage-compensated cementitious grout incorporating a dual expansion system that compensates for shrinkage in both plastic and hardened states. Straightforward control of water addition and mixing method can yield a free flowing, pourable or trowellable consistency appropriate for use in a wide range of applications including base plates, bearings, anchors and various concrete repairs. As a trowellable repair mortar, NS612 is certified as PCCS-RM Class S compliant.

OPTIMIX SF80 Primer is premium grade styrene acrylic co-polymer dispersion of which the size of the polymer particle is extremely fine. It is specially formulated and includes highly efficient additive to maximize the penetration power into substrate to enhance bond performance. It is designed as surface pretreatment agent and bonding primer for on various substrates. OPTIMIX SF80 Primer is compatible with all cement-based concrete and screed surfaces as well as most of the tile or natural stone as substrates.

OPTIMIX PE Polymer Emulsion is a milky white Styrene Butadiene co-polymer dispersion. It can act as a bonding primer for concrete and mortars. It can also be used as a slurry coating for steel reinforcement protection in concrete repair applications. It is compatible with Ordinary Portland Cement, concrete, and mortar substrates.

OPTIMIX RM700 Window Frame Grout is a high quality pre-mixed, shrinkage-compensated mortar made from selected cements, graded aggregates, lightweight fillers, polymers and special additives. When water is added, it readily blends to produce a mortar of good consistency for repair purposes. The low water demand of the mortar ensures high early strength and provides other important material properties for reinstatement of concrete elements.

OPTIMIX RM725 fully complies with the requirements of HKHA Class 25 repair mortar system and is accredited with HKCI Product Conformity Certification Scheme for Repair Mortars (PCCS-RM).

OPTIMIX RM780 Repair Mortar (Rapid Setting) is specially formulated for emergency reinstatement of damaged or deteriorated concrete. It can be used internally and externally. The fast setting and high strength abilities are best suitable for airport runways, railroads, aprons, and heavy traffic locations where downtime is critical. It is designed to use for horizontal applications and for vertical applications with the use of formwork. In general, OPTIMIX RM780 can normally be applied up to 50mm or up to 250mm with addition of graded aggregate. This product is certified as PCCS-RM Class S compliant.

OPTIMIX PC30 Prebatched Concrete - Standard is a high quality dry mixed prebatched concrete that suits all types of concrete works. With addition of water, it becomes concrete slurry with good consistancy. OPTIMIX PC30 complies with Code of Practice for Structure Use of Concrete 2013 from Hong Kong Buildings Department. It is classified as Grade 30 concrete.

OPTIMIX PC40 Prebatched Concrete - Premium is a high quality dry mixed prebatched concrete that suits all types of concrete works. With addition of water, it becomes concrete slurry with good consistancy. OPTIMIX PC40 complies with Code of Practice for Structure Use of Concrete 2013 from Hong Kong Buildings Department. It is classified as Grade 40 concrete.
