Qianhai Kerry Center, located in Qianhai Nanshan District, Shenzhen, was developed into two phrases to 8 buildings of residential buildings, commercial buildings and hotel with total construction area of about 320,000 m².

The Center incorporates greening into different parts of the buildings, such as sunken plaza, sky garden and parks, even upper area and the rooftop are inclusive to the green construction in creating a vertically green and sustainable environment. Hence, the residential and commercial buildings of the Center have been attained LEED-CS Gold and LEED-CS Platinum respectively from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

In this project, two tile adhesive products from OPTIMIX (Shenzhen) was endorsed and adopted by applicator:

•  OPTIMIX TA301 Tile Adhesive (Basic)
•  OPTIMIX TA313 Tile Adhesive (Semi-Flexible)
