Hang Lung Plaza 66 is a commercial and office complex, located in Jing’an District, which consists of a 5-storey shopping mall and two 48-and-66-storey skyscrapers. With a total area of 50,000 sq. m. of the mall and a total gross floor area of 80,000 sq. m. of the grade A office buildings, the complex assembles a number of luxury brands’ flagship stores and is entitled the fifth tallest building in Shanghai.

To accommodate the renovation needs, OPTIMIX (Shanghai) supplied tiling, waterproofing and emulsion systems to Plaza 66. Taken the high traffic of the mall into consideration, OPTIMIX proposed several fast-set adhesive products for stones to the owner and applicator, allowing the affected area to be open the next day after application.
