OPTIMIX (Greater China) and Poly Real Estate Group have been partnering in several projects in mainland China, and it’s significance to OPTIMIX has been increasing over time.

This time OPTIMIX (Guangzhou) continued the partnership in a luxury residential development in Guangzhou (廣州保利天悅花園), which is located in Guangzhou Haizhu District. The development is comprised by two 20-storey and twenty-eight 40-storey buildings, providing a total construction area of around 500,000m². OPTIMIX rendered tile adhesive products of different grade to Poly Real Estate Group, to fix tiles and stone in public area, kitchen and bathroom. Products include:
