Nan Fung Group has been one of the significant business partners of OPTIMIX (HONG KONG) LIMITED, that we have been collaborating jointly in multiple projects, and in the past 2017, OPTIMIX was excited to continue our fruitful partnership in two construction projects, 8-12 Deep Water Bay Drive and Island Garden.

Situated in Island South in Shouson Hill, 8-12 Deep Water Bay Drive consists of four 4 to 17 storey high end residential buildings, with a total construction area of about 248,135m². As for Island Garden, it is a 470-flat residential development located in Shau Kei Wan, featuring four separate towers of up to 31 to 32 storey, with a total gross floor area of 457,599sq.ft. Two construction projects applied OPTIMIX’s plastering and tiling systems for concrete wall filing and profile levelling, fixing tiles & stones, and filling tile joints.
