The Annual Concrete Seminar 2016 (ACS) organized by the Standing Committee on Concrete Technology (SCCT) was successfully held at Young Square in Chai Wan on 20 April 2016.  

Ir Raymond Wan, Technical Director of OPTIMIX, made a key note presentation "Green Technologies of Concrete - Concrete without OPC", which provided an invaluable forum for the industry and the professionals in the government to share their experience and exchange ideas.
