As a leading player in the dry mortar industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Optimix continues to leverage pioneering technology to build upon its growing legacy. "The Substance" is a printed brochure that encapsulates our values, operations, and extensive product range.

Beginning from ground up, we meticulously crafted both the book content and design of this brochure to reflect the essence of our company and the significance of dry mortar as a material. The brochure brings to light the often-unseen elements of construction; each cover features with a unique tile made from one of our various dry mortar products. Optimix’s green fibreglass mesh, commonly used for reinforcement, is repurposed as the book’s spine support, symbolizing its intended function.

The brochure is divided into nine sections, each showcasing a different product line from our representative collection. "The Substance" intertwines and celebrates Optimix’s past, present, and future, taking readers on a behind-the-scenes journey to explore the material technology that forms the backbone of modern urban landscapes.
