The third phase of the Hong Kong Science Park located in Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po District. The project consists of three 8 to 9 storey research and laboratory buildings, a parking lot, connection bridges and roads between buildings. The total construction area is about 105,000 m².

Throughout the project, homogenous tiles and natural stone, in both interior and exterior applications, were installed utilising premium grade products from OPTIMIX, with a specially formulated primer with additives to maximize the penetration into the substrate, to enhance bond performance. Products used:
 

•  OPTIMIX TA328 Tile Adhesive (Flexible) and
•  OPTIMIX SF80    Primer, adapted for tile installation.
