Macau Hotel Guia is located at the foot of the historic Guia lighthouse, in a quiet environment, with pleasant scenery. The hotel is close to the busiest part of the city and the casino area, with only a 10-minute taxi-ride from Macau and Hong Kong Ferry Terminal. The Macau Hotel Guia commenced the maintenance and waterproofing work of the external walls in June 2017. Specifically, the visual renovation works used:
