The project is a private high end residential project with a total area of 10,000ft² and is located in Fujian Fuqing City. In 2009, the client approved, Optimix for the external wall waterproof treatment. For the remainder of the works, including the bathrooms, the wet surfaces, pool and roof, other OPTIMIX products were specified: Products used:
