High Fashion Centre is situated in 1-11 Kwai Hei Street, Kwai Chung. It was designated to be transformed into a hybrid commercial building with both A-grade offices and retail outlets via the Revitalization of Industrial Buildings Scheme, grossing a total area of near 220,000 sq. ft. Moreover, High Fashion Centre is at the heart of Kwai Chung in a supreme location, neighboring the large transportation network with convenient commutation, connecting to Hong Kong's main business areas, airport and Mainland China.

Since the 90s, under Hong Kong's economic transition and industrial businesses moving to the north, traditional industrial buildings have gradually lost their functions. High Fashion Centre took an elaborate planning and worked with government policies to transform, promoting Hong Kong's economic development. After its rebirth, the building will become the district's premium commercial hub and landmark, favoring the Kwai Chung area development in future vision.
