OPTIMIX OPTISEAL is a high quality, high solids compound polymer dispersion designed to enhance and protect the appearance and longevity of concrete, screeds and mortars. Supplied as a concentrate OPTISEAL requires only dilution with clean water before use. This provides the most cost effective solution with maximum flexibility for the end user. It works by sealing the surface with a highly hydrophobic blend of polymers which both penetrate and stay at the surface. This provides excellent bond characteristics plus resistance to light foot traffic. Properly applied 1 coat will help improve the surface durability of cementitious materials while 2 or more coats will improve the sealing and stain resistance. Safe to handle, easy to use and compatible with most OPTIMIX materials.
