Located on a site formerly occupied by an industrial building, One Taikoo Place transforms itself to the newest triple Grade-A office tower in East Hong Kong Island. The 48-storey building, including two basement levels, provides total gross floor area of about 102,100 square feet.

OPTIMIX’s plastering and tiling systems were applied, that the former one is used for profile leveling onto concrete walls, fair faced concrete and rendered surfaces, and the later one is designed for fixing tiles and filing tile joints. Also, OPTIMIX provides an efficient replacement to the traditional on-site batching mortars by F12 Masonry Mortar, which enhances the quality of work and improves performance consistency.
