Having operated for 35 years since 1982, Chun Shing Factory Estate with 26-storey renders a total of 1642 rental units to industrial members in Kwai Chung. To address spalling concrete and to reinstate the interior condition of the estate, on-site support and guidance was provided by Technical Team from OPTIMIX to recast the concrete slab recently. Floor spalling is greatly improved after recasting with OPTIMIX Prebatched Concrete. Products used:
