Guangzhou Twin Towers West Tower (Four Season Hotel), located at the busy Zhujiang New Town in Guangzhou, is a Guangzhou landmark, five-star hotel and business center of the Urban Construction Group.

This project has a very high requirement for its waterproofing system in the kitchens, toilets, and bathrooms. Prior to the application, the developer and main contractor conducted a thorough comparison of various waterproofing brands in the market. Optimix was selected to become the approved material for the waterproofing system. The applications were completed by the end of September 2010.

In addition, Optimix was used for the floor tiling application of the premium granite tiles. Products used:
